In a few words

Le Bistreau d'érable is a family sugar bush that has existed since 1996. It is located in Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard in Rang 6 West, near the covered bridge and Mount Sugar Loaf, in the heart of the magnificent Parc des Appalaches.

On site, we offer a tour of the production sites of our maple syrup certified organic by Ecocert Canada and a tasting of our maple products, which you can purchase in our store, which is open year-round.

From February to May, discover our beautiful rustico-chic dining room with 50 seats. You will be seduced by the originality of our menu made up of local products, in an atmosphere where you take your time until tasting maple taffy on snow.

During sugaring season, a traditional musician will be with us on weekends, at noon, to rock the company!

Looking forward to welcoming you,
Noémie, Jérôme and the Bistreau d'érable team

For Real!

En vedette A wintry weekend in Chaudière-Appalaches with The Storytellers MTL

While the city energizes us, nature stimulates our inspiration and allows us to recharge our batteries. This is why we often feel the need to land there and venture there. So we jumped at the chance to discover the Chaudière-Appalaches under its white coat, for a rejuvenating stay in the middle of the mountains. Here are some of our favorites for a winter getaway weekend in the Montmagny sector.

Arrêts Gourmands The know-how of our gourmet stops - The Maple Bistro: when tradition and modernity meet

It is with passion and conviction that Noémie Gautreau-Régnier tells the evolution of her maple grove in Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard: Le Bistreau d'Érable. Since she and her husband, Jérôme, took over the reins of the family business in 2004, they have acquired a neighboring sugar bush, obtained organic certification and developed many maple products to promote their precious syrup that shines on the inventive and modern menu.
