The village of Saint-Paul-de-Montminy, at the foot of the Grande Coulée Mountain, will most certainly appeal to nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The 120 km network of hiking trails at the Parc régional des Appalaches is easily accessible. Hikers who want to go up the mountain can take the 17 km “Des Orignaux” trail, where they will encounter some ten bridges and get a chance to marvel at the stream below. A 30-km bike path also offers a gorgeous view of the region and Appalachian Mountains. At the heart of the village are homes with their sloping roofs reminiscent of the charm of yesteryear. The village is the perfect place to recharge one's batteries, where physical activity and relaxation go hand in hand. Outdoor recreational activities can be enjoyed in summer and winter alike.
